Welcome to Residential Life on South Campus at The Woodstock Academy! Feel free to re-visit this site whenever necessary for questions regarding mail and packages for South Campus residents.

Student Mail & Packages

All students are assigned a mailbox outside the Centaur Shoppe for unrestricted access to mail and pre-checked packages that fit. Larger packages that do not fit in your student mailbox are accessible during Centaur Shoppe hours for pick up. Mail & Packages are processed M-F (excluding holidays), and may take up to an additional 24-hours after receipt to be processed. Any time a package is received on your behalf; you'll receive an email alert to your WA Email, a text message*, and a push notification* that it has arrived and is ready for pickup, along with the location that you can pick it up. 

*Text messaging requires a US-based phone number.
*Push notifications require The Woodstock Academy app, WA Mobile, to be downloaded and signed in on the student device.

In rare instances, Address Option 1 may not be available as a delivery option. In this case only, options 2 or 3 are also available. Mail and packages sent to addresses not listed above should not be used, and may result in your package not being delivered. 

If you wish, you may add "c/o Centaur Shoppe" in the business/company name field at checkout of some online shoppes, although this is not required.

Student mail and packages are subject to inspection before delivery. 

*Your assigned mailbox number and mailbox combination may be found at any time in the WA Mobile app, under your student profile > mailbox information > mailbox.


ResLife Staff Mail & Packages

All ResLife Staff are assigned a mailbox inside the Student Center Employee Mailroom (basement) and are accessible with the FMK key or higher. Most mail & packages are placed directly into your mailbox, while overflow items may have an overflow call tag that is placed in your mailbox with an alternate pickup location. Mail & Packages are processed M-F (excluding holidays), and may take up to an additional 24-hours after receipt to be processedAny time a package is received on your behalf; you'll receive an email alert to your WA Email and a text message* that it has arrived and is ready for pickup.

All ResLife Staff personal mail & packages MUST be addressed to the full name and address in this format:
